Nexus 6 Passes through FCC

Nexus 6, announced couple of weeks ago and its pre orders are expected to go live by October 29th. Just few days ahead of its official announcement, Nexus 6 has cruised through FCC (Federal Communications Commission) depicting some unknown specs of the device.

There are two versions that have been passed through the FCC labeled with ID IHDT56QD2 and IHDT56QD1, but we can assume that they are the XT1100, which is the international variant, and the XT1103, is North American Model.

The FCC filing lists the device as 83 x 159.4 mm in size while the Nexus 6 product page lists the Nexus 6 as 82.98 x 159.26 mm. We are seeing a device that supports LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 25, 26, and 41, CDMA2000 BC 0/1/10 (Verizon and Sprint), and GSM bands for T-Mobile and AT&T. This has it all, just like the Nexus 6, which no other device on our radar can lay claim to.

Nexus 6 is scheduled to go on pre-order in the U.S. starting on October 29th, so the timing does seem to be consistent.

So are you ready for it?
