Google is preparing to launch Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel Watch and new Pixels buds at the October 6 launch event. The Search giant seems to carry some other surprises too, as there are some rumours about new Nest devices. However, a couple of new Nest devices were even spotted at FCC and even appeared in the Google Home app.

According to a new report (via 9to5Google), a buyer at Best Buy spotted the new Nest Doorbell. The new package was not on sale but noted down some changes such as “2nd Generation” written in small font on the bottom left corner. Moreover, there’s a checkmark along “Wired” and seems to feature two colours – Black and Gray.
The buyer further introspected about the product with the Store Manager, who confirms the retail price tag of $179.99 and will launch on October 4. Being an unreleased product, the manager affirmed the inability to sell the product due to Best Buy’s register system not registering the sale.
The Nest Doorbell 2nd Generation appears to feature slight design changes with 24/7 video recording ability while no change in the quality seems the part of the package.
