Motorola’s forthcoming upper mid-range device, the Moto X4 is expected to be launched soon. The handset has now been certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States. The handset’s FCC listing reveals some key specifications and pricing details about the device. Moto X4 is tagged with model number XT-1900-1 and FCC ID IHDT56WK1.
The long-rumored smartphone will feature a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s mid-range Snapdragon 630 processor clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 508 GPU. It packs 4GB of RAM paired with 64GB of on-board storage, which is further expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.
Moto X4 will sport a dual camera setup with dual LED flash. It is expected to boast 12MP+ 8MP sensors at the rear and a 16MP camera on the front. The smartphone is rumored to be backed by a non-removable 3,000mAh battery that supports fast charging and will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
It has previously been reported that Moto X4 will be the first non-Google device to be compatible with Google’s Project Fi. The handset will be available in Sterling Blue, Gold and Super Black color variants and is expected to carry a price tag of EUR 350 (approx. Rs 26,445).
