The Lenovo-owned company is preparing to extend the Moto Edge 30 lineup. The series already includes Edge 30 and Edge 30 Pro, while the Edge 30 Lite and Edge 30 Ultra are in the works. Well, there’s one more device gearing up to join the list: Motorola Edge 30 Neo. Ahead of any official announcement, the phone has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. The listing shed light on some key specs that follow below.
On the Geekbench portal, the Motorola Edge 30 Neo has managed to score 664 in the single-core test and 1848 in the multi-core test. Further, the database discloses some key details, including processor, GPU, operating system, and storage configuration.
Under the hood, the upcoming Moto phone will equip an octa-core processor with a “Miami” motherboard. The chipset will clock six cores at 1.8GHz and two cores at 2.21GHz. Considering these details, it is likely to be a Snapdragon 695 or Snapdragon 750G SoC. The processor will be integrated with Adreno 619 GPU to handle graphics.
On the software front, the Moto Edge 30 Neo will boost the latest stable Android 12 OS out of the box. In addition, the website confirms an 8GB RAM model of the device. Although we can expect the company to unveil more RAM and storage options.
Besides the above-mentioned details, the website does not divulge any other detail of the device. However, the leaks claim that the Edge 30 Neo is a rebranded version of the Edge 30 Lite. It is tipped to sport a 120Hz 6.5-inch pOLED display, while a 4020 mAh battery can keep the screen lightened up. Lastly, we expect the company to soon make an official statement.
