A fair share of our leaks and rumors come when devices go to the certification authorities to get certified and we have yet another one here. Rumors about the Moto X series being dead had been doing the rounds for some time but thanks to another leak from a Chinese certification authority, the rumor has now been put to rest. A Motorola device with the model number XT1662 has been certified by CCC(China Compulsory Certificate for imported products). The same device had been spotted at GFX Bench.Â
The rumored Moto X 2016 comes with a 4.6″ 1080p display, Android Google Play Edition software, a 16 MP snapper on the back and an 8 MP on the front, 3 GB of RAM and a MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) chipset.
