The best thing about smartphone giant Motorola is that it is quite fast in rolling out new Android updates. We have seen this many times and this time again it has proved this.
Earlier this year, Motorola had sent Android 7.0 Nougat update. The latest news is that the company is rolling out Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for Moto Z Play users in India. The most interesting thing is that the smartphone was launched early this year with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. So, in just a small time span Moto has sent about two Android updates.
The new update bring new enhancements to the Moto Z Play smartphone. Users can now enjoy multi-tasking feature as well as Google Duo will come along with the update. Users can now send GIF’s directly from the keyboard but only for supported apps like Google Allo, Hangouts etc.
The update along with various new enhancements also includes July 2017 security patch. The battery life of the phone will improve as well as users can use the ‘Doze on the go’ feature which will help your smartphone save some power.
But before you install the update, make sure the charging is more than 50%. Since its a Android update then it’s size will also be big. If you haven’t received the update don’t worry it’s over the air and you soon will receive it.
