With the Android 10 update, it marks the first major update for the Moto G8 Plus. Being a budget device and seeing how long it took for Moto to bring the Android 10, the Android 11 is more or less unlikely. Nonetheless, users can rejoice for the fact that they’ve not been omitted from tasting the Android 10.
The source has it that the update is as of now limited to the devices in India. It seems some users in Spain also have received this update with software version QPI30.28-Q3-28. Though the changelog isn’t available, it’s known that the build brings the latest security patch dated July 2020.
Since Moto doesn’t bother about customizing the stock Android 10 and has been known for providing stock experience, the Android 10 for the G8 Plus should be no different. We can expect all the new features and security/privacy enhancements which Google has baked into the Android 10.
That being said, if you’ve received the update on your device. Then, do let us know about your experience so far with the Android 10.
