Motorola is lagging behind in the race of rolling out Android 10 updates for its devices. But as we say better late than never, they are working behind the scenes to bring the latest update for some prominent devices. After rolling out Android 10 for Moto One Power and One Vision, the Moto G7 Plus is receiving the Android 10 update.
From the initial rollout out, the company appears to be releasing new updates in South America and India. The update with firmware version QPW30.61.21 brings all the luxuries of Android 10 along with some additional changes from Motorola’s side.
As expected, the same update will roll out to the North Americans a few months later. Motorola is rolling out the new update on several smartphones including Moto G6, Moto G7, and others.
The Moto G7 Plus users can manually check the updates by heading to the Settings > About > Check for updates. However, the Moto G7 Plus features a Snapdragon 636 chipset, with 4GB RAM. There’s a dual rear camera consisting of a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear camera. A 12-megapixel shooter is present on the front side for selfies. There’s a battery worth 3000 mAh on the device. A 6.2-inch display depicting resolution of 1080 x 2270 pixels is present with 398 PPI.
