Motorola is finally rolling out the Android 10 based kernel source code for the Moto G7. After the successful rollout of Android 10 on Moto G7 Plus, now its time for its younger sibling to get the taste of the latest Android iteration. However, still, it will take a few weeks or months before the stable rollout to take place on the Motorola Moto G7.

The kernel release is in sync with the recent report where Motorola Support stated the Android 10 update for Moto G7 in the coming days. Moreover, the Motorola France Twitter handle also officially confirmed the Android 10 update rollout by Q2 2020.
While working on the major update, the company didn’t forget to roll out incremental security patches. Motor G7 has recently received the February Security 2020 security patch.
Well, the good news us not far away as the Kernel security code is now released and is available for the developers via GitHub. The update is just a few days away now. The developers can now tinker the respective apps or can develop custom ROMs using the Kernel source code.
Moto G Power is also receiving Android 10 based Kernel Source code.
