Motorola has officially launched Moto Z3 Play in 2018. The device was released with Android Oreo and in 2019 it got updated to Android v9 Pie. The latest Android version is expected to roll out with this update but unfortunately, the company has released only the July patch. The July 2020 Security Patch update is spinning out on PPWS29.131-27-1-27 Firmware version and it is currently limited to Finland users only.

What’s new?
The update features the latest Security Patch, bug fixes for known issues, and several loophole fixes. The company has not included any new features in this update. As the old reported bugs get fixed, the stability of the smartphone will be increased and as a result, the phone runs smoothly.
The update is rolling out in Phases, so, it may take some time to reach each and every unit. To check the update manually, navigate to the Settings menu on your smartphone. We also suggest you switch to a WiFi network to avoid carrier data costs.

Moto Z3 Play sports a 6.01-inch display (1080 x 2160 pixels) and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Chipset. It couples with 4/6 GB of RAM and 32/64/128 GB storage capacity.
