The Moto G took the smartphone market by a surprise, offering decent specs for a price that everyone was willing to pay. No doubt, it was Motorola’s best selling smartphone of all times. After the huge success that the Moto G witnessed, it was obvious that the Moto G would soon be having a successor and so, here is the Moto G2. But thats something most of us here already know. What we want to tell you about is that the Moto G2 has now been listed on an Australian retailer’s inventory, hinting at the fact that it may be out very soon and with this fact comes a list of the specs.
Going by the list, the Moto G2 will have the same 1.2 GHz processor and a screen that will be rocking 720p resolution but the screen will be stretched to 5″ on this one. The cameras too, have been upgraded to 8 MP on the back and 2 MP on the front from 5 MP and 1.3 MP respectively. Unfortunately, you’ll have to miss out on LTE but we expect Motorola to bring it on soon after the device’s release.
The Moto G2 is expected to be price somewhere between $250 and $275.
