At Google IO 2014, Google announced Android One project which will provide access to affordable smartphones for $100 within developing nations starting from India. At Stage Sundar Pichai showed off it with a 4.5″ display, dual SIM capability, an SD memory card slot and a FM radio but nothing else was revealed. Today, we have got some information about the Micromax Android One Phone.
As per the retweet from @Evleaks and picture of the mail attached we got to know few specs of the first Android One Phone from Micromax coming in India. As per the picture Micromax One, will feature a 960 x 540 resolution for its display at 244PPI pixel density, with a 5MP camera at the back, a microSD memory card slot, FM radio, black and white color schemes, as well as a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 running proceedings from under the hood.
Also there’s an impressive solid polycarbonate design on the device.
