As expected, Meizu has officially launched the Meizu 18 and 18 Pro smartphones in China at a launch event. Both the devices are powered by a Snapdragon 888 and come with curved front glass. The company has also said that there will not be any ads in the operating system and other applications.

Meizu 18 sports a 6.2-inch S-AMOLED E4 QHD+ display with 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1300nits peak brightness, etc. Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 888 Chipset paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB internal storage. There’s a 4,000 mAh battery with 36W Super mCharge fast charging support. The device runs Android 11 OS-based Flyme 9 (Skin) out of the box.
In-camera department, it hosts a triple rear camera system which equips with a Sony IMX682 64-MP primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture, 16-MP ultrawide/macro lens, and last but not least, an 8-MP telephoto sensor. At the front, there’s a 20-MP camera for selfies and video calling.
