Google will be soon launching their own service that will help you locate your Android Phone in case it gets lost or misplaced and also there might be an option to recover your data even if it’s lost or in case gets stolen. The service is named as Android Device Manager and it would make your phone ring in the loudest mode possible even if the phone has been set on the silent or vibrate mode.
Also if in case you still cannot find it, you will have an option to locate it on a real time map. Their will also be an option to remotely delete and clear all the data on the phone to secure and ensure your privacy and data. So it would ensure the sensitive and secure data does not go in wrong hands.
This service would only be available for the users on Android 2.2 and above. it would probably be launched later this month.
