After Samsung vs Apple now its LG vs Samsung. LG sues Samsung over using OLED Display in Samsung Devices Korea Times reported. LG is saying that Samsung is allegedly infringing on OLED display patents in their line of Galaxy devices. Going in deep LG says Samsung has infringed seven patents based upon OLED Displays. The devices named by the lawsuit include the Samsung Galaxy S2, the Galaxy S2 HD, the Galaxy S3, the Galaxy Note, and the Galaxy Tab 7.7. LG Display is quoted as saying
“This lawsuit has been filed both to enforce LG Display’s intellectual property rights and promote fair competition”
LG filed lawsuit in the Seoul Central District Court and want ban on devices or injunction on devices listed above. So now its LG vs Samsung.
