The G3 seems to have opened fortune’s doors for LG, as sales for the korean smartphone manufacturer have surely one up. And they show no signs of slowing down, 15 million smartphones are expected to be shipped by the Korean giant in just this quarter, which would be a 20-30% increase in sales as compared to last year.
And much of this success can be contributed to the recently released smartphone, the LG G3 whose 100000 units of the smartphone were sold within just 5 days of its launch in just Korea alone. If experts are to believed, upto 12 million units of the smartphone might be shipped by LG during the phone’s lifetime.
The LG G3 might just be the next ‘big thing’, with its predecessor the LG G2 too receiving widespread positive reviews and amazing sales. The G3 is the first smartphone to offer a 5.5″ QHD resolution display.
