LG has outed some reports regrading sales of its 4G LTE compatible phones. According to report LG has sold 10 million LTE smartphones around the world. LG achieved 10 Million mark in just a little more than six months when it gained 5 million sales last year.
LG seems to be back on track as they have also achieved good sales from most of all its newly launched devices. LG Optimus G has helped the company to secure 10 million sales mark. In order to gain more sales from Optimus G company is now releasing it in 50 additional territories.
LG CEO Jong-seok Park said in statement, “Aggressive pushing forward with 4G LTE technology allows LG [to] satisfy the needs of consumers and is a huge factor in our growing success in global LTE smartphone sales. Having established ourselves as a major industry player, we will continue to expand our footprint in the global LTE market with a wider range of differentiated, high quality LTE smartphones.”
Recently LG has also launched new 4G LTE compatible LG F Series at Mobile World Congress, hopes to bring affordable LTE devices to the market.
