Today, LG Electronics Inc. has published its preliminary earnings report for the Third-quarter of 2017. The initial report shows an overall revenue of nearly KRW 15.2 trillion with an operating profit of KRW 516.1 billion.
The South Korean smartphone manufacturer expects the Q3 2017 results to prove much better than the last year’s during the same period. In fact, LG presumes around 15.2 percent higher revenue with operating profit of 82.2 percent higher, compared to last years.
Anyway, the above values are tentative consolidated earnings based on K-IFRS. And, the detailed and accurate figures regarding each division will be announced officially later this month.
Moreover, these stats are consists of all the products of LG. Which Includes the Home Appliances like TVs, Washing machines, etc. We hope the mobile division of LG might also have improved sales figure this time. As LG launches some mid Range Android Phones recently.
