Lenovo is among the top companies garnering tablet sales in India. According to a recent IDC report, the company registered 14.7 per cent (YoY) growth with 2.8 million unit shipment in 2020 in India. Lenovo is still not stopping, they are working on new tablets to address the surge in demand. A Lenovo Tab M8 (3rd gen.) has hit the Play Console listing.

Most of the specifications of the upcoming Lenovo Tab M8 (3rd Gen.) are now confirmed. There will be two different storage variants featuring 3GB RAM and MediaTek MT8768A chipset. The chipset comprises an octa-core processor with 4x Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and 4x Cortex-A53 cores at 1.5GHz and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.
The display will be sporting an 800 x 1280 pixels resolution with 240dpi pixel density. It runs on Android 11 with SDK 30 level. The exact display dimensions were not available but it appears to be of a 7-8″ tablet.
As per the image that appeared on the Play Console, the device carries a front camera.
It is an entry-level tablet that will be the successor to the Lenovo Tab M8(2nd Gen). A few months back, another Lenovo tablet with model number ‘Lenovo TB-7306F’ was speculated by Gizmochina to be Lenovo Tab M8 successor, but it appears to be a different device now.
