US District Judge Lucy Koh ruled that both companies have to wait for July before trial continuation due to busy calendar. This will help Samsung to launch Samsung Galaxy S III in United Sates on due date which is 21st June. Last week Apple filed preliminary injunction to stop Samsung Galaxy S III to launch on its due date.
