Today Instagram rolls out new update to its app with Geo Stickers in its stories. These kind of features closing the gap between the snapchat and Instagram stories. Although, Snapchat is offering Geo stickers in its stories for a while now.
According to Instagram, “You can add as many stickers as you want, adjust their size and placement and mix and match with other creative tools. Just like the customizable location sticker, people watching your story can tap a geosticker to see the location page. Your story won’t show up on the location page itself.”
To apply a Geo Sticker on a photo or video, You just have to tap on the sticker icon. Which you’ll see geostickers at the top, then you’ll see a custom sticker for that city and each one is designed to match the vibe of the location it represents.
Instagram in its blog post has promised that the company will bring some more creative tools for stories. This update is available on both the platform i.e. iOS and Android you can download the latest App version to use these features.
