Hulu Launches VR App for Samsung Gear VR

Hulu launched its App for Samsung Gear VR. Now you can watch conventional movies and TV shows alongside Hulu’s app comes equipped with around 30 non-exclusive 360-degree videos video from the likes of Discovery, National Geographic, Showtime and Hulu itself.

Whole Content on Hulu’s new app is free but hulu monetized it in several ways. The Hulu VR app is currently supported on Samsung Gear VR powered by Oculus, which works with the Galaxy S7/S7 edge, Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge phones.

Coming to some other streaming services only Netflix owns an app for Gear VR rest all the services namely Twitch, Vimeo, and TiVo are reportedly launching their own Gear VR apps in the near future.
