Huawei Mate X2 foldable smartphone has officially released on February 22. The latest smartphone runs on EMUI 11 based on Android 10 and has received its first system update EMUI 11.0.0.135 recently.
Recently, the phone has received its first system update EMUI 11.0.0.135. It carries the following features – improved system performance and stability, the optimized display effect of interface content, optimized touch sensitivity, and improved shooting effect of the camera.
The Mate X2 has an 8:7.1 flexible inner display. There’s an 8-inch foldable display as its second display with a screen resolution of 2200×2480 pixels with a pixel density of 413 pixels per inch. Its primary display being 6.45-inch having a resolution of 1160×2700 pixels and 456 PPI. The internal screen has a touch sampling rate of 180Hz, whereas, the external screen touch sampling rate is 240Hz.
Huawei Mate X2 powers a 4500mAh battery and supports a 55W wired fast charging. It has an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 9000 processor.
Mate X2 packs a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.9 aperture; second 16-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture; third 12-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture and fourth 8-megapixel with f/4.4 aperture. The selfie camera on the front sports a 16-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
The smartphone packs 256GB of internal storage and is a dual-sim device (GSM and GSM). It weighs approximately 295 grams and comes in 5 colours – Bright Black, Ice Crystal Blue, Ice Crystal Powder, and White Glaze.
As far as the connectivity options are concerned, Mate X2 includes Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G. The phone supports face unlock. It is equipped with a magnetometer, proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, barometer.
Huawei Mate X2 is expected to sell in India at Rs. 201,790 (17,999 yuan) for the 8 GB-256 GB internal storage variant, while the 512GB variant is set at Rs. 212,900 (18,999 yuan).
