Huawei is becoming active day by day. Recently we have seen a couple of new devices from them including some in the budget while some in the flagship segment. In case you recall a long time ago Huawei has introduced its Honor 9i in India. Fortunately, Huawei has just unveiled the updated version of Honor 9i known as the Honor 9i(2018). The device possesses some improvements over its predecessor. So without wasting any time let’s know more about it.
The up to date Honor 9i(2018) comes powered by Huawei’s homegrown Hi-Silicon Kirin 659 Octa-Core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. For Gaming, it houses a Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. The device will be made available in two variants: 64GB or 128GB. Luckily this device supports expandable storage up to 256GB’s via micro-SD card. The device sports a 5.84(Inch) Full HD+ 19:9 ratio IPS Display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels.
The smartphone runs on a custom EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo. In the Camera department, there is a Dual 13MP+2MP Camera setup with LED Flash whereas in the front a single 16MP selfie shooter is given. The device comes with Face Recognition and Fingerprint Scanner for security basis. The handset supports all miscellaneous features including 4G connectivity, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, etc. It gets juice from a 3000mAh battery and will be made available in Black, Blue, Green and Purple color options. The handset comes with a price tag of CNY 1399(14,000 INR) for 64GB version while for the 128GB version you have to pay CNY 1699(17,000 INR).
