HTC-UEFA Signs Three Years Partnership

HTC and UEFA signed three year deal to become the official mobile phone and tablet computer partner for both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. HTC also promises “to deliver new and innovative ways for fans around the world to get closer to the action,” both in-stadium and remotely via mobile devices.

We think it going to be a good deal for HTC which is currently struggling to make revenue.

Peter Chou, CEO of HTC, said:

“Football elicits so much passion around the world, so we are very excited to be able to enhance fans’ ability to enjoy two of the game’s biggest club competitions. We’ll be working closely with UEFA to offer surprising football experiences to all football fans, and to provide a richer overall mobile experience.”

Recently HTC pulled out it Tablets from US market. So it will be interesting to see that HTC will launch new Tablet for  it? or their one or two old tablets will continue.
