HTC quoted that HTC U11 wills tart receiving the update by fourth quarter of this year.
Finally, the fourth quarter has arrived and the no official news is out regarding the update. Today, as per the famous tipster LlabTooFeR, HTC is going to seed the update by next month aka. November. To be precise, LlabTooFeR tweeted for the November-early December time frame.

Well, the HTC U11 is not alone HTC device which is getting the update. The Android 8.0 update has also been officially confirmed for the HTC U Ultra and HTC 10.
We expect HTC to fulfill the promises to the said device users by providing them the update.
Well, there are lot of things new thins introduced in the Android Oreo 8.0. Even, HTC is rumored to be coming up with HTC U11 Plus.
