If rumors are to be believed by the popular tipster @eveleaks, the mini variant of its smartphone the HTC One (M8) is named HTC One Mini 2.
Supposedly, it boasts of a 720p display that spans across 4.5 inches. A 13 megapixel camera at the back which gives decent photographs and a 5 megapixel shutter in the front. It is equipped with 16GB internal memory that could be expanded via an external microSD card. The HTC One mini 2 is supported by Snapdragon 400 chipset processor with Quadcore cortex A7 CPU clocked at 1.4GHz . 1GB RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and Sense 6.0 UI are some of its features.
Verizon is rumored to be supporting the One Mini 2 but it has not been confirmed yet. It is yet to be confirmed if Verizon will infact offer the phone. Also, swedish carrier Telia will offer the phone. This rumor was sparked off after they accidentally listed the smartphone on their website which they were supposed to keep under covers. The HTC One mini 2 is supposed to go on floors next month but this news lacks official confirmation.
