HTC is working on its next flagship device HTC One M10 code-named Perfume. Details are posted on the Twitter by @evleaks which includes the specs and a hint of the release date of HTC One M10.
HTC One M10 is powered with Snapdragon 820 with 4GB of RAM, a microSD slot and a 3,500-mAh battery, run Android 6.1 Marshmallow and skinned with HTC’s Sense 8.0 UI. Now coming on to display it has  QHD display which looked to be of the AMOLED. moreover it has  12-UltraPixel camera and laser-assisted autofocus but we do not have information about the front facing camera.
HTC did reportedly plan to out the M10 at MWC 2016, but was forced to delay the introduction after management returned quite a few prototypes to the design team. With the handset set to receive an entirely new design, its launch had to be postponed, and it may be launched in March after the MWC 2016 and this device will go on sale in April 2016.
Now onto the Price of HTC One M10 we did not have any information about it. But, according to the reports and rumors present on various websites its price may be around $700.
