HTC knew about the delay in shipments of HTC One M9 to few customers. Today, they have send apology to the customers who are facing this issue and have given them 25% off on accessories of the device.
It was expected to ship by 31st of the March, but, until now the devices are unable to reach the customers. Now, HTC is giving 25% off the variety of official accessories of the HTC One M9. It is a good gesture from HTC to apologize as customers feel good as they are getting company’s attention despite not receiving the device.
Affected customers are expected to receive their devices between April 4th to 7th.
