HTC AU Infobar A02, new device coming to Japan market Next. New device seems to be a good device as according to purported specs. AU Infobar A02 will be powered by Qualcomm APQ 8064 processor with clocking speed of 1.5 GHz its display will be of 4.7 inches and will come with 720 x 1280 pixels. Along with above features it will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It will have 16 GB of onboard storage and you can expand its total memory via microSD slot. There’s also 2,100mAh battery, LTE radio (800/1500) along with CDMA 2000 800/2100 and WCDMA 850/1900/2100 support.
To shoot videos and pictures it will be packed with 8-megapixel main imager (with F2.0 lens) and 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera. Additionally HTC has also inserted HTC’s ImageSense chip for better image quality. In connectivity Inforbar A02 have NFC, 1seg TV tuner and infrared. HTC AU Infobar A02 is 9.7 mm-thick, weighs 147 g and it have waterproof and dust proof body.
Phone also features “iida UI” 2.0 which is Windows Phone like User Interface developed by Yugo Nakamura. Checkout some more images below:
HTC will launch this device in mid February in Japan with color choices of blue, red and grey. Currently it seems like HTC is in no mood to launch this device globally.
