Step 1: Enable Developer Options by Going to Settings >> About Phone >> Click on Build Number 7-8 Times.
Step 2: Open Settings >> Developer Options and Enable OEM Unlocking Option

Step 11: Then, type in the below string and click enter
fastboot oem get_unlock_data
Step 12: Now you will get some code, just copy the strings highlighted in the image below and paste it into a notepad. Also, make sure to remove the spaces between the codes.
Step 13: Now go to Motorola Bootloader Unlock Page and sign up for an account.
Step 14: Now Copy the copied codes that you have pasted in the notepad and paste it into the textbox as shown below.
Step 15: Once pasted, click on the “Can my Device be unlocked?” button and then you will receive an email with the unlock code.
Step 16: Now type in the below string (Make sure to replace (Paste Unlock Key) with your key received on email.
