How Google Robot Check For Lags In Android Devices? Here’s The Answer

Did you ever tried to knew how Google scans Android Devices or check for lags in them? Then here’s the answer for your query in a video.

Earlier it was a manual process of testing the phone device, particularly display of the device. Now, as we can see in the video, Chrome Touch Bot is doing it automatically which has reduced the manpower. The bot’s artificial digit pokes, prods and swipes the display in a series of web-based tests that help pinpoint problems in both code and hardware.

According to Googler François Beaufort, the company uses a robot built by a Finnish company called OptoFidelity to “measure end-to-end latency of Android and Chrome OS devices.”

Nowadays there are many less complaints about hardware due to the bot likes OptoFidelity .
