HMD Global is now on track to revive Nokia’s business operations in the United States.
Recently, the company has posted some job openings via LinkedIn for the roles of Product Lead, E-Commerce Lead, and Technical Account Manager. It clearly indicates that HMD Global is eager to make a comeback by expanding its operations in the country. The jobs’ descriptions mention working with partners, operators and retailers; creating a fitting portfolio for the US market, local marketing activities, sales training etc.
It’s not simple as ABC, for HMD Global to make a return in the highly competitive smartphone industry. The company’s attempts to revive the smartphone business in the United States may prove to be a key factor in its future growth prospects. With HMD Global’s upcoming expansion strategy, we may see new Nokia models hitting the US market soon.
