In the market of huge entertainment resources, Google Play Movies & TV is still different from others which manage to provide an incredible service. After the Google’s event just couple of days back, a lot of apps went through updates.
The Google Play Movies & TV app is also the one which has received a new update to v3.28. This new update has added few enhancements to the already existing features with usual bug fixes. Here’s the official changelog of the Google Play Movies & TV:
Below we have detailed every change:
As we saw earlier, below the rent section, we got options for playing trailers but now the cover art itself is having a trailer button to play the trailers. This somehow obstructs the cover art, and a movie will have only one trailer, which is slightly unfair.
The movie section included language of an audio track and captions for a long time but it was missing on the TV Shows section. Now, the same has been applied for TV Shows as well. Hopefully, these options will be available under more Information section.
As we can see in the above screenshot a slight change appears on the buttons for price indicators, they have a red border against them. Adjustments to text weight and padding sprinkled throughout the app are also done.
Google Play Movies & TV will soon allow users to link accounts with “Movies Anywhere,” but without the Disney name.
The update is live at the Play Store or for some might come soon.
