Google is rolling out September 2022 Security patch for the Pixel smartphones including Pixel 4, Pixel 5 and Pixel 6 Series. The update fixes general bugs and improves the stability of smartphones. The update brings a fix for the Pixel 6a Fingerprint Sensor Issue, and wireless charging mode issue on Pixel 4, Pixel 5 and Pixel 6 devices.

Apart from the security patch, the battery drain issue after Android 13 seems to be fixed via this update. Moreover, the issue of Bluetooth Connectivity with certain accessories seems to have got a fix.
Note: Â Pixel 6a devices will receive the update later this month.
