After a series of leaks and alleged rumors, we finally have some concrete information about the Google Pixel which is a new branding for Google Nexus. The Pixel smartphones, until now known by the name Marlin and Sailfish will be unveiled by Google on October 4th, a teaser uploaded on their official channel has revealed.

The teaser was first spotted on TV as an advertisement between a popular TV show following which it also made its way to YouTube. Interestingly enough, Google has also made online a website:Â https://madeby.google.com/ which shows the same device outline that you see towards the end of the video but the date mentioned on this website is 5th October, a day later than the one mentioned in a video. An error perhaps? Or is Google planning to hold two events in two consecutive days to unveil the two Pixel smartphones? We’ll have to wait to find out.
