It shows a curved back, a concave touchscreen and a kickstand to prop the phone up while viewing video. According to designer Google Nexus D was envisioned to have a quad-core 1.8GHz processor, 1.5GB of RAM and have 32GB or 64GB of storage. Nexus D has, that will likely appear in the next Nexus, is an NFC chip for use with mobile payment services like Google Wallet.
