Google: ‘next generation personal communication device’ Testing

An FCC filing has come out which shows that Google is planning to test a new “next-gen personal communication device” on its Mountain View campus and around the country. Google is already working on a self-branded home entertainment system and HUD glasses.

Details surrounding the mystery device are few and far between, although the filing does confirm both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on board. The company has requested to test 102 units near Google office locations throughout the United States.
So, time for wild guessing! What do you guys think this mystery “next-gen personal communication device” could be?
