Google News Receives New Tablet UI Out Now, Support Gestures
Google News Website has updated its Tablet User Interface to make it more natural and fluid on tablet device. Rolling out over the next few days, the new interface provides a more intuitive navigation paradigm letting users swipe between categories and more simply select articles.
Google News product manager Mayuresh Saoji writes, “more breathing room between articles, making it easier to spot the stories you really care about.”
You can find new articles, news sources, and even topics of interest with intuitive gestures. Swipe horizontally between sections – from Business to Entertainment, for example – or tap “Explore in depth” to see multiple articles and other info related to a particular story.

Google also said that currently Google news is offering 6 Billion clicks to News Website through its portal per month and they hoping for more with these changes.
