Google Chromecast 3 was launched earlier in 2018 with the new and upgraded features of Chromecast 1 & 2. According to the leaks, Google is working on a new Android TV dongle which is named as ‘Sabrina’ that comes with remote control support. The new upcoming Chromecast is expected to launch shortly in the upcoming days and moreover, it may also feature a dedicated physical remote.
After murmuring of over a few weeks, Google has finally reduced the price of Google Chromecast 3 permanently after its release since the past 2 years. As the price has decreased for the first time after it’s release, we can consider that Google is about to launch the next-generation Chromecast named ‘Sabrina’. So, in order to shift everyone’s attention, the company has permanently reduced the price of Chromecast 3 from $35.99 to $29.99. Coming to the availability, the product is live now at a reduced price in Best Buy and Offical Google Store.

The Chromecast 3 supports up to 1080p resolution at up to 60 fps. In comparison with Chromecast 2, it comes with an improved Wi-Fi antenna bandwidth and also supports Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz) now. The stick features a Bluetooth through which all the operations like remote control and many more can be controlled easily. The device measures 162 x 51.8 x 13.8mm and weighs 39.1 grams.
