Google Allo gets the Selfie Clips for Quick Personal GIF Sharing in Latest Update

Google is rolling out an update to its Allo app. The highlight of the update is Selfie Clips for Quick Personal GIF Sharing. The information about the new feature is given by Amit Fulay Head of product Google Allo and Google Duo.

With this new Selfie Clips you can send sticker with your own face. You have to select the GIF option under the “+” menu, then get to recording your short clip. After recording the clip Google Allo automatically loop the video and set it in the GIF format. After that you can send it to your friend.

In this update there are also some UI improvements like redesigning of the compose bar. In recent times Google has updated the app with some very useful features like smart stickers, chat backup/restore, Incognito Mode, Android Auto Support, etc.

According to the Tweets the roll out of the new update is already starts on both Android and iOS platforms. To use this selfie clip feature you have to download the latest version of the app.
