Google Allo in its latest update brings new features like Chat Backup/Restore, Incognito Mode for groups and link Preview. Amit Fulay, the Head of Product at Google for Allo and Duo inform these new features via its Tweet today.

Chat Backup/Restore : With the new update now you can restore the previous chats and Backup the new chats on Google Allo. Moreover, for chat backup users have the options to save it locally or on Google drive.
Incognito Mode for groups: In this mode the messages will not be saved until the the incognito Mode is expired. You can set a timer for when the Incognito will expire as show in the tweet above.
link Preview: It is also very handy tool in the group chat. Although Users are able to see what the link is for before clicking through.
Recently, there were leaks in which Google Allo Desktop client just web.whatsapp.com is appeared. Coming back to the update, It is currently rolling out on Google Play. So people who want to use these new features can update there apps to the latest version from the Play Store.
