Perhaps the Gionee S10 launched nearly 5 months ago could get not one, but two successors soon. Since, a new device dubbed as Gionee S11S has just now received the approval of TENAA. After all, the Gionee S11S could be an upgraded and powerful variant of the direct successor of Gionee S10 – the S11 that got FCC certification just recently.
Unlike the Global Gionee S11 certified by the U.S. based regulatory commission FCC. Most probably, the Gionee S11S should be a China exclusive device, as it can be deduced from the TENAA certification.

It is made up of metal and features a unibody design. Moreover, a fingerprint sensor is situated on the back, where you can see the Gionee logo as well.
Taking its display specs and hardware specs into consideration. The S11S flaunts a mammoth sized 6.01-inch, 18:9 aspect ratio, fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) FullView AMOLED display. On camera department, the device has a combination 16MP and 8MP sensors on the rear. Whereas, dual-setup of 20 and 8MP shooters on the device’s front side as well. Basically, a total of 4 cameras on this device.
Storage options includes: 6GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB with microSD. The device is powered by a 2.5GHz processor, which name is not mentioned on the TENAA’s database. However, recent Geekbench result of this device listed MT6763 processor, an enhanced version of Helio P23 by MediaTek.
A 3,600mAh non-removable battery provides enough juice for the device to handle various operations. For user interaction, the device boots Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) garnished by Amigo UI 5.0.
Ultimately, we could expect the launch of Gionee S11S along with the S11 to happen by coming months.
