Gionee has just unveiled a special edition phone for cricket fans in India. It is called the Gionee A1 Signature Edition. Now, we already know the Gionee A1 is a selfie-centric phone. The Gionee A1 Signature Edition is different in that it comes with the signature of the current Indian Cricket team captain Virat Kohli. He also happens to be the brand ambassador of Gionee.
The Gionee A1 Signature Edition has the same specs as the regular Gionee A1. So it boasts of a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display, a big 4010 mAH battery, and a 16 MP front camera. On board, the chassis is the MediaTek Helio P10 chip with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The limited smartphone comes with Android Nougat pre-installed.
The Gionee A1 Signature Edition will be released on June 28 in India. It will be sold on Amazon India exclusively. Although, It is available for pre-order as of now. The price of the Signature Edition is the same as Gionee A1. You will also be eligible to a free set of Sennheiser headphones if you order between 12:00:01 P.M, June 19, 2017, to 11:59:59 A.M, June 27, 2017.
