Google has released Android 7.0 Nougat on Nexus Devices. but it is not available for most of the Nexus users. There are some tricks to get the Android 7.0 Nougat on your Nexus devices right now.
For general knowledge, if you have a Nexus 6P, 5X, 6, 9, Nexus Player, Pixel C, or General Mobile 4G you will get OTA soon or you can manually check for the update.
Get Android 7.0 Via Beta Program
You can get the Android 7.0 Nougat by opting in for Android 7.0 Beta program. You can sign up from the link to opt in to the program. Once you are in the Beta Program, you will receive little update. Later, your device will hit with the update of 1.1GB. If you are already in the beta and on a developer preview, most of the updates seem to be around 50MB in size.
Fresh Install by Flashing Factory Image

At the time of this writing, factory images aren’t yet available for Android 7.0 Nougat, but we expect they’ll be up in short order.
