Gboard is getting the new update with some new interesting features. These features includes access to emoji and GIF suggestions while you type, improved voice typing, more keyboard themes, as well as access to Google Translate. Earlier Google has released these features in its Beta 6.1 as we reported earlier.
Now you can get emoji suggestion in the suggestion strip while you are typing. It will reduce your time in chats. Moreover, You can now share GIFs in supported apps such as Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, Hangouts and Allo. The built in translate feature is like that when you start typing in your language, then keyboard will automatically translate and enter the translated text in the text field as you type.
The theme selector UI now separates solid color themes, recently used themes, and ‘Landscapes’ into separate rows with which you can select.
Search and share. Now for the first time in right-to-left languages, you can tap on the arrow or the G in the suggestion strip and get access to new search features, including web, GIF and emoji.
To use these features on your phone you have to download the latest Gboard app from the Play store.
