A couple of months back, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S8 series. Reportedly, the tech giant is now working on a new model of Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Ahead of any official announcement, the tablet has been spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification, as well as on the Geekbench database, and on the company’s France website support page.

To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was launched back in April 2020. Now, the company is working to improve and upgrade the model, and here is what we know about the device.
According to the Bluetooth SIG certification, the new model of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite bears the model numbers SM-P613 and SM-P619. Also, it reveals that both versions will come with support for Bluetooth 5.0.
In addition, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with model number SM-P619 has also made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. The tab has managed to score 555 points in the single-core and 1685 runs in the multi-core test. The portal reveals that the tab will power an octa-core chipset by Qualcomm. This could possibly be the Snapdragon 720G processor integrated with Adreno 618 GPU.
Moreover, the website confirms a 4GB RAM model. Although we expect the company to launch the tab in other configurations as well. On the software front, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will come pre-installed with Android 12 OS.
Furthermore, as mentioned before, the tab was also spotted on Samsung’s France support page, hinting at an approaching launch. Besides, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite could offer an HD+ resolution with 800 x 1334 pixels as hinted by the HTML5.
