Though we are only less than a week from the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, leaks keep on happening. The latest leaks bring the official promotional renders as well as pricing for some European countries.
As we already know the specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, let’s talk about pricing which haven’t leaked much except for one time. According to one of the well known leakers Roland Quandt, the Galaxy S9 will be priced at 8,790 NOK in Norway. Further, the bigger Galaxy S9 Plus will cost 9,790 NOK and both of them will be available in Midnight Black, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple color variants. When comparing the price to Galaxy S8 / S8 Plus launch price, they are 1,200 NOK and 1,300 NOK more respectively.
Whereas according to Clove UK, the Galaxy S9 will retail for £800, however another anonymous source says it will be £740. When we compare both these prices with the last year’s Galaxy S8 pricing, they are £110 and £50 higher respectively. Well, it isn’t new anymore as flagship prices are increasing every year.
The above are the some official promotional renders by Roland again along with some by famous leaker Evan Blass. The promotional pictures also confirm the presence of stereo speakers which are believed to be tuned by AKG. Samsung will be officially unveiling the Galaxy S9 duo on February 25th, but there’s nothing left to get excited for the device as everything is out now.
