Samsung has officially confirmed the arrival of its next customized skin, One UI 4.0. As per the company’s words, the first beta for the new skin will be released next month. Meanwhile, it has started sending an upgraded version of the current stable skin, One UI 3.1. The next in line to get the One UI 3.1.1 update is the Galaxy A52 5G.

FYI, the version number of the One UI skin remains unchanged but with the introduction of improvements and new features, we can consider it an upgrade over the current skin. But technically it isn’t. The latest update for the Galaxy A52 5G bears the firmware version number A526BXXU1AUH5, weighing 800MB in size. Accompanying the other changes, the package gets you the current security maintenance, August 2021.
The build carries some new additions like the Bedtime mode toggle that can be seen in the notification shade. Moreover, the drawing board with Enhanced Processing is now renamed “Processing Speed.” This further includes three new presets— Optimized, High, and Maximum.
Alongside, there’s plenty of new features that are not so easy to notice though. This includes an updated Weather app, faster animations, faster app launching, and more improvements for a seamless user experience.
Like all the other updates that take place, this is rolling out in batches. Therefore, it may take a while to hit every unit. If you own a Galaxy A52 5G, you can head over to the Settings > Software updates to check for the build manually.
