The device with the help of the sensor, save upto 8 fingers and also used to lock and unlock the screen.Also one great feature that comes is, signing in to Samsung Account in which people would be bale to store apps and all their data just for them. This feature is more like the users accounts in the Desktop Windows, but in this your password would be your finger itself.
The idea might be same as that of the scanner on the iPhone 5s, but users unlike the iphone, on the Galaxy S5 you need to just swipe your fingerprint across the home button, and your finger print would appear on the screen. Which seems very cool. Also, LG seems to be bringing up the fingerprint scanner to LG G3.
